Hi Lulu -
I hadn't heard that CNOOC had any connection to Huawei, the communications
firm. Or are you just surmising that if they're both state-owned that's an
actual connection?
Anyway, maybe it's an angle worth pursuing - anything to try to stop
Keystone. But I think people might need more dots connected.
