Good Morning. 

New information leaked from the CETA (Canada European Trade Investment Agreement) indicates some very negative impacts on municipalities. 
Guelph Chapter of Council of Canadians has members all over Wellington and Waterloo Counties and therefore we are sending this research to all mayors . 
We believe that you have a right to know how this is being handled by the FCM and the provincial and federal governments.  
 
Please read the attachment that gives you the jarring details and share the information with your councillors and staff.
