Hi Lulu,
    Not sure how you were planning to use this power point so my comments may or may not be relevant.
    As an average citizen I did not understand your opening quote in isolation from the rest of its content.  I also found your power point hard to follow as it was too biased and too focused for me to come to it and engage with you on the issue when you were so there and guarding your point of view. Were you looking to engage a wider audience or fight it out with the already converted to other points of view.

Hi folks

My latest power point is focused on the need to Rescind the OMB decision where the OMB is working against Waterloo Region's Official Plan amendments that are designed to curb urban sprawl in Waterloo Region.  

This latest power point I created focuses on policy issues, showing how the ruling is non compliant with provincial planning principals and it shows the need to prepare for climate change realities.

This local issue is a snap shot of the much larger state of denial were facing at the bureaucratic levels of government towards the reality of the climate change. The OMB's business as usual approach is unreasonable, illogical and immoral when you view the reality of the global food and water issues we'll be facing in the not so distant future.
