Hi Friends of Hidden Valley,
If you click on "this link", below, underlined in blue, and then on the agenda for the Planning and Works Committee meeting, the 40 page report which will be presented on Tued. Dec. 3 at 7 pm will appear.
I am just reading it now but hoped some of you would also like to read it and come to the meeting in the Regional Council chamber. If you have any suggestions, please pass them along.

This note is to confirm you are registered as a delegation to the Planning and Works Public Input Committee Meeting re: River Road Extension on December 3, 2013.
 The meeting is tentatively scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. and you will have a total of 10 minutes for your presentation.

The agenda for this meeting will be available on the Region’s website by 4 pm on Friday, November 29th through

this link.
 
If you have any handouts you would like to circulate at the meeting, note that any presentations, submissions or hand-outs provided will be appended to the original
 minutes, as well as posted on the Regional website. This also includes any contact information that any of these items contain.

Please bring
30 copies for Councillors and Staff; the a/v assistant’s desk is located at the back of Council Chamber, and someone will be available to hand these out for you in advance of the meeting.

Please also note that all Committee meetings are now webcast on the Region’s website at
www.regionofwaterloo.ca

if you have and electronic presentation (ie: PowerPoint) you have 2 options:

1.   
Email the presentation to us
before noon on Monday, December 2nd 
OR

2.   
Bring the presentation to us on a USB key
Emailing the presentation to us prior to the meeting is the quickest and easiest option; we are then able to have it ready to go for you
 on our presentation laptop. But if you are going with Option 2, please arrive early to the meeting to make sure the presentation works and to allow for any other preparation time.
