[All] Waterloo included in report on sewage pollution being released today

Ecojustice is releasing a report today on sewage discharges by 12 Ontario
municipalities. Kitchener-Waterloo received a B+, which tied them with two
other municipalities (Collingwood, and York & Durham) for 2nd best grade.
Peel Region had the best grade. London and Windsor had the lowest grades of
C-.

I have attached the two pages specific to Kitchener-Waterloo.
