[All] First Nations vs. FIPA

Hi folks

First Nations is taking FIPA to court. The Chinese Free Trade Agreement with Canada risks opening up Treaty lands to resource exploitation from China. First Nations were never consulted on the deal now the matter is in the courts.

In response tours and rallies are taking place across the nation with support from several agencies including Council of Canadians, Sierra Club etc. Info here:
