Time is running out! Tomorrow noon (Calgary-time) is the deadline to apply to send a letter to the National Energy Board (NEB) about Enbridge's risky Line 9 pipeline proposal. We’ve posted instructions here for how you can apply to participate in the hearings.

Remember, this is the first timeever that concerned residents need to apply for permission to send a letter to the NEB about a proposed pipeline. Over the past two weeks, Environmental Defence has spoken out against these new rules that appear to be designed to limit public participation.

If approved, this pipeline proposal could allow Enbridge to ship potentially more dangerous tar sands crude through Ontario and Quebec, putting the homes, farmland, and drinking water of millions of people at risk of a tar sands oil spill.

Your voice matters! Apply today to participate in the upcoming Line 9 hearings so that you can send a letter voicing your concerns about Line 9.
