To whom it may concern:
 
You are receiving this notice because you have previously received notice of an up-coming City of Waterloo Council meeting on February 27, 2012, at which it was anticipated that Council would consider adopting the proposed City of Waterloo Official Plan.  
 
Please be advised that City of Waterloo Council will not consider the adoption of the proposed Official Plan on February 27, 2012. Council consideration of the proposed Official Plan will be rescheduled and in the interim, an Open House has been scheduled for Wednesday February 29, 2012, as set out in the attached notice.  The purpose of the Open House is to give the public an opportunity to review and ask questions about the proposed Official  Plan.
 
Following the Open House, a Formal Public Meeting will be scheduled to give the public an opportunity to make representations to City of Waterloo Council with respect to the proposed Official Plan.  After the Formal Public Meeting, Council may consider adopting all or part of the proposed Official Plan and, if adopted, submitting it for approval to the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
 
Please refer to the attached notice for details regarding the Open House to be held on Wednesday February 29, 2012.
