Hi Lulu and Robert and all -

Glad Foodstock was a success!

We had an Occupy event at Kit City Hall on Sat - but unfortunately hardly
anybody knew about it and the weather was lousy, so there were only about 20
ppl. (I don't think any of them were high school students.) Watch for
coverage of it in this week's Cord!

It was organized by the nonvioilence festival people - the same group that
puts on Toward a Peaceful Economy every November. They're extremely
interested in the monetary system and how to get out of the debt trap and
stop the practice of usury. (As mentioned in Robert's link.)

Anyway, I'm glad someone is catching the ball and keeping the Occupy
movement going here in KW.

See you at Waterloo Square on Wed.!

Eleanor
