The latest Report of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development has been tabled in the House of Commons.

Chapter 1 is Climate Change Plans Under the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act. 
Chapter 2 is Assessing Cumulative Environmental Effects of Oil Sands Projects.
