  We understand that the Highland Companies has 
  started to send out registered letters to people acknowledging receipt of 
  their objection letters. There is no need for you to act on this 
  particular letter. 
   
  
  According to Provincial Legislation, the 
  Highland Companies has two years to respond directly to the concerns presented 
  in your objection letter. When you do get 
  that detailed letter, you will have 20 days 
  to indicate whether you are satisfied with their response. We will send out 
  further reminders as appropriate.
   
  It IS imperative that you 
  do pick up your registered letter, otherwise the corresponding objection may 
  be diminished.
