Margaret Walton, planning consultant to speak about the rational for the OPA
to designate lands as locally specialty crop filed by NDACT;

Ray Millar, Mayor of the Township of Tiny and opponent of Site 41.

Bernard Pope, founder, Ontario Farmland Preservation, to discuss the
importance of retaining farmland for food production.

Discussion on relevant facts, issues, and risks/impacts associated with the
Highland proposal, NDACT’s efforts to date, how the public can work with
NDACT to assist in their efforts and a question/answer session.
