[All] Just released: Michael Schmidt wins has raw milk case.

Judge says his prosecutors (health Unit, etc.) were acting  
unconstitutionally!! This is a great
decision for Health Food freedom lovers everywhere !! Will the bad  
guys appeal ? The milk
industry mafia will force the McGinnty government to pursue this to  
the Supreme Court !
