[All] West Side Lands OMB hearing March 23rd

Hi everyone
 
Ms. Rogers, the solicitor for the West Side Lands developers contacted me today to inform me there will be an OMB hearing on March 23rd regarding the subdivision approvals for the West Side Lands. I'll be up against Activa Holdings, Louise Puopolo and WM J. Gies Construction.
 
The letter is in the attachment for your reference.  It's time to gather data regarding the current land augmentions that have taken place and how that may have impacted the ongoing creek studies. I'll have to secure experts ASAP and consult with legal experts. 
 
I won't be at the next couple of GREN meeting. I have to focus 100% on this and find the funds to make this happen. My objective in this process is to secure the data regarding the hydrological studies that have taken place and secure proper retests of the headwater areas for Jeffersons.  
 
By the way, I'd like to apologize to the group for the previous letter regarding the Chinese New Years. It was frivilous and I apologize for that. I'll stay focused on relevant topics in the future.
