[All] Update re: CELA

Hello everyone
 
The dialogue with CELA's lawyers is completed and I am filing a formal application for representation at their request. CELA staff stated that correspondences from area groups are not technically needed however it can be included with the contents of the application form. 
 
In recognition of the efforts of the many concerned citizens who have worked with diligence in regards the West Side Lands issue, some of which are current GREN members, I would like to create a motion calling for a letter that states this matter is worth reviewing by CELA staff.
 
The position of GREN need not support nor oppose my position. It is simply to states that it may be beneficial for a third party lawyer to review what has taken place.
