<DIV>In recognition of the efforts of the many concerned citizens who have worked with diligence in regards the West Side Lands issue, some of which are current GREN members, I would like to create a motion calling for a letter that states this matter is worth reviewing by CELA staff.</DIV>

<DIV>The position of GREN need not support nor oppose my position. It is simply to states that it may be beneficial for a third party lawyer to review what has taken place. </DIV>
