Hi everyone
 
Peter Braid is sending a survey to homes thorughout the City of Waterloo and there is a section where members of the public area allowed to comment on private member bills. 
 
Now is the time to support The Climate Change Accountability Act (Bill C-311). If passed, the Act would require whomever is in government to set science-based targets to fight global warming, and the government would have to implement a credible plan to meet those targets. 
 
Also, the editors of KW Now are reviewing the story I did on the three climate change activites that took place in Kitchener and Waterloo on Sept 21st. Events covered included the display at the U of W by WPIRG's Climate Change group,  the support shown by KW Non-violence during the human peace sign as well as the walk and tree planting that took place along Schneider's Woods in the Waterloo north west corner. 
 
Once the article is up and running I'll provide the link to everyone.
