<DIV>Peter Braid is sending a survey to homes thorughout the City of Waterloo and there is a section where members of the public area allowed to comment on private member bills. </DIV>

<DIV>Now is the time to support The Climate Change Accountability Act (Bill C-311). If passed, the Act would require whomever is in government to set science-based targets to fight global warming, and the government would have to implement a credible plan to meet those targets. </DIV>

<DIV>Also, the editors of KW Now are reviewing the story I did on the three climate change activites that took place in Kitchener and Waterloo on Sept 21st. Events covered included the display at the U of W by WPIRG's Climate Change group,  the support shown by KW Non-violence during the human peace sign as well as the walk and tree planting that took place along Schneider's Woods in the Waterloo north west corner. </DIV>
