Video recommendation
IBM helped to create this short You Tube video featuring remarkable high resolution photographs on the impacts of oil. There are only 15 years worth left. To create one litre of oil takes a vast amount of organic materials. The video also shows an example of how traffic controls have successfully reduce auto use by 22% by way of a "congestion" charge. The program is fully implimented and has successfully reduced carbon emissions.
