In another example, we don't necessarily want people who aren't really with us to see the range of views among our core group before we have had a chance to sort it through. They could use this to weaken the strength of our view when we present to government.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Of course with anything that is in the e-mail system, it is impossible to not have leaks and to have control over who the e-mail is passed on to. But I trust our inner-core to have wisdom on that. </p><p class="">BTW, Susan B and I met, and we think we need some
social/networking time built into our meetings. The thought was to
have an afternoon 1 - 3:30ish at Kypreos restaurant. They have a
big room, it would probably only be us in there and we could
arrange for coffee, tea and cookies to be out and a donation jar
for attendees to help defray costs OR</p><p class="">I also saw that a few community centres are under-utilized and
offering daytime space for free. Forest Heights is one of them and
I know the people there. Do you want me to ask if we could have a
room, see if they have a coffee machine, kettles, cups etc to use
and I could pick up coffee, an assortment of tea and some cookies.
We're thinking Wed March 4 since both Susan B and I will be away
in February at different times. <br class="">

<div class="">I just want to check our membership list list serve
with you. These are the people (17 currently) beyond the
executive who are seen as part of the internal GREN people -
unlike the full gren-all list which has 94 people on it.
Officially the <a href="mailto:members@gren.ca" class="" moz-do-not-send="true">members@gren.ca</a> are supposed to be
paid up members. However, I haven't been strict on this. I see
it as including people who are more regular participants in GREN
stuff who we confer with on policy matters, issue sign-ons, etc.
I particularly want you to check to see whether there are any
people in it that you are <b class="">not sure about who they
are or whether they should have access to more insider
information</b>. We have noticed in the past that information
has getting out to the broader community at a stage that we
weren't ready to have that happen, so I am checking our lists
with that in mind. Also let me know wether you think there are
people who we should add to this list.</div>
