
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=us-ascii"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;" class=""><div class="">Susan,</div><div class="">Thanks for pulling these together so promptly. I have put my comments in the attached minutes. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">When I review the minutes I work on the assumption that these minutes could go far and wide beyond our list serve. That is the nature of the electronic world. Therefore, you will notice that the main thing I have done is to remove certain things that could be embarrassing if they went beyond us either because they aren't accurate or because they would let out a strategy that we don't want out - like who we are going to go after for funding for Hidden Valley. Also we need to make sure that we don't say things that may embarrass a person we are hoping to develop as an ally by overstating what they said to us or saying something they may not have said in a more open forum.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I trust that this makes sense to the rest of you. I urge the rest of you to take a glance at the minutes on any issue you were directly involved in to be sure that there aren't any such problems in those parts.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">John</div><div class=""></div></body></html>
