<FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Since we didn’t have our meeting last night, we did not have the opportunity to pass the attached statement on the OMB decision on the ROP. Because the statement is consistent with submissions we have made over the past few years to the Region, etc., and because it doesn’t involve our spending money, I decided that I had the authorization to approve and sign it. This is a rapidly evolving issue so delaying further would make it become less significant.<BR>
