It does seem a little late to be giving them budget priorities, but I think it is important for us to do it – especially to have a good connection with the labour movement.<BR>

Do people agree that we should do it?<BR>

If yes, who can do it? I am out of town that day. I think we could pull together a few ideas fairly quickly.<BR>
