Perhaps we have already set some dates but I don't see anything in my calendar. It would be nice to have the dates blocked a few months in advance so I can be sure to work around them and not be out of town.</div><div><br></div><div>I would suggest that perhaps we meet every other month unless there are pressing issues. Assuming we haven't already developed a 2013 calendar how would the
