</font><br>
</div>
<div></div>
<div>Hi folks,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Now that we are into 2013 I'm wondering if we should plan out a schedule of meetings for the upcoming year. Perhaps we have already set some dates but I don't see anything in my calendar. It would be nice to have the dates blocked a few months in advance
so I can be sure to work around them and not be out of town.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I would suggest that perhaps we meet every other month unless there are pressing issues. Assuming we haven't already developed a 2013 calendar how would the following dates work:</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div> - Wednesday, February 6th - Brantford or somewhere south</div>
<div> - Thursday, April 11th - Kitchener</div>
<div> - Wednesday June 12th - Sunfish Lake - I'm willing to host an outdoor meeting</div>
<div> - Thursday, Sept 12th - Kitchener</div>
<div> - Wednesday, November 6th - TBA</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Let me know any thoughts or ideas.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Cheers,</div>
<div>Kevin.</div>
