The May dates that we had proposed don’t work for the people organizing the gravel meeting. We have finally settled on a June 3 meeting, which works for everybody. It sounds like an exciting meeting with a lot of community involvement.

The question we must now decide on is do we still want a May and later in June meeting as well as the June 3 meeting? We currently have a meeting scheduled for May 20 but no plans (that was to be the gravel meeting) and we have a meeting set for June 16, again without plans.

Should we let the June 3 meeting replace both of these meetings or do we still want to proceed with a separate May meeting?

What are your thoughts?
