about how GREN makes decisions and resolves conflict as an organization to make

by our mission statement and principles. We are in the process of drafting policies
and procedures. I go back to my previous suggestion that the people who are
concerned that their opinions were not duly considered, should offer up a
solution as to how we resolve these inevitable disagreements in a fair and
