all environmental groups together along the Grand River. If we want to go
into this detail then go to the specific group but GREN should not be taking
issues in such a half-assed manner because we will burn out and the first sign

decision-making procedures. Perhaps the people who do not believe their
opinions were given ample consideration should be offered the opportunity to
