Great idea to get together before the potluck. 5 should work for me. I am out until 4 that day so if my ride Greg is going for 5 that should give time to get to Kevin's.

We have agreed to do a potluck evening event at my house on Sunfish Lake on Wednesday, August 23rd at 6pm. She has invited about 30 different people/environmental groups from across Waterloo Region. I am thinking that perhaps we could combine activities and do an informal GREN meeting beforehand - perhaps at 5pm then meet with the others arriving at 6pm.

Kevin Thomason of the Grand River Environmental Network (and many other groups) has graciously offered to host the first of what we hope will be many potlucks shared amongst the many wonderful environment focused groups across Waterloo Region.
