[GREN-Exec] Letter to Wilmot

Dear Grenlings,

Here's a draft letter re the Wilmot MZO.  I've restricted it largely to the dangers of the MZO process itself, basing it on findings of the Auditor General of Ontario.  I'm a bit worried that we have been emphasizing defects of the proposal and formulating questions to the developer without also directing well-targeted punches at the MZO process itself.  The Auditor General has really come out swinging regarding this new turd in the smelly doug-heap of a provincial government and I thought it would be worthwhile to bring it to the attention of the Wilmot councillors.

I need to send it in by noon tomorrow.  The last couple of weeks have been difficult - too many old friends getting sick or dying.  Carroll has also been quite sick, but has improved greatly in the last couple of days.
