[GREN-Exec] Regional Official Plan Update

I'm okay with spreading GREN's newfound wealth, and support what Greg
has suggested. I think we've always needed to aspire to clean,
non-polluting workplaces so we could work live next door to our
workplaces and not have to worry about health hazards, noise and
pollution. I also think we need to figure out how to integrate small,
neighbourhood working farms into our communities. Agrihoods is what they
are calling them.
