[GREN-Exec] support for Greenbelt document

Hi Greg,

Excellent feedback and I totally agree.

I think that we definitely need to provide feedback from our regional context on the importance of groundwater, wetlands, agriculture, etc. in addition to just stopping urban sprawl as well as mapping feedback.

I can reach out to the groups that you have suggested along with Hold the Line and Ella’s group in Bryant County.  Are there other suggestions of who else we could be including?
