[GREN-Exec] GREN Comments on Region’s 5-year review of the Regional Official Plan and climate change policy paper

I've modified my column for Feb 21 so that I have about 100 words for 
what GREN is recommending for the policy paper.

Feed me! I'm reading through it as well, and have some comments already. 
It needs to tie into the federal Bill C-14, which needs serious 
strengthening. I need whatever we come up with before Monday Feb 15 when 
I have to submit it.
