Greg's item on the conservation authorities is more than one of the 5 minute updates for the Record guy. It is something that we need to allocate around 15 minutes to for Greg's discussion and for a strategy discussion on how we are going to deal with it. Greg plans to write a brief on our behalf, etc. We may also want to rally our membership to act on it. So this isn't part of the updates. I have no problem with the Record guy being there and hearing that part (hopefully it can lead to a Record story - in addition to Susan's column), but if he is planning on leaving at a set time, we should make sure we get through the other updates first.

Also, add an update on the GREN website to the GREN business part. It'll only take two minutes. We are making progress on it.

Finally, the GREN business part sounds like non-members may not attend it: "1:00 – 1:15 – for GREN members only." I suspect you are saying that the Record guy won't be coming until 1:15. I don't want to convey to people on our GREN-all list the impression that they can't come if they aren't paid-up members. Or are you saying that this meeting has been advertised beyond our normal GREN-all meeting list and that you don't want to bore other community members with our business? That certainly would be legitimate. 

Finally, I don't see anything about what we want to do for the next meeting and who will organize it. Am I to read from this that the two Susans will continue to do this?
