Hi GREN Executive,

Here’s an excellent submission from Tim Gray at Environmental Defence on the Growth Plan population forecast changes that Kevin Eby is such an expert on.  Tim is wondering if we would like to have GREN sign onto the letter.  I think that we should because the impact of these changes could be more concerning here in Waterloo Region than most areas.

Please let me know any questions, ideas, and if you are in favour of GREN joining to sign onto the submission.

Please see attached a draft submission on the Growth Plan population forecast changes. I have not tried to duplicate the good work done on water impacts by EcoJustice on the Municipal Class EA changes but rather referenced their (still draft) submission within this draft. Most content in this letter provided by Victor Doyle, so reflects his experience on these issues.



Can you please review this and let me know if you would like to provide any edits/additions and if you would like to have your organization included as an author by EOD July 28th
