Hi all

just doing some checking out of our e-mail lists now that I am able to fix our e-mail lists.

I just want to check our membership list list serve with you. These are the people (17 currently)  beyond the executive who are seen as part of the internal GREN people - unlike the full gren-all list which has 94 people on it. Officially the members at gren.ca <mailto:members at gren.ca> are supposed to be paid up members. However, I haven't been strict on this. I see it as including people who are more regular participants in GREN stuff who we confer with on policy matters, issue sign-ons, etc. I particularly want you to check to see whether there are any people in it that you are not sure about who they are or whether they should have access to more insider information. We have noticed in the past that information has getting out to the broader community at a stage that we weren't ready to have that happen, so I am checking our lists with that in mind. Also let me know wether you think there are people who we should add to this list.
