I agree that we don't need more detail than this to send out.

I think we should make three changes in item 1:
Spell out "OGA" - people may not know what OGA stands for.
In $5,000 part for website, change "salary" to "costs." "Salary" implies an on-going regular contract.
In Kevin's part change "expenses" to "costs." Expenses is not usually seen as including time, whereas "costs" includes time and expenses. I would also change it to say "partial payment of costs."

I thought is was a very useful and satisfying call. Thanks to Susan for pulling this all together.
