And this addition to the minutes that I sent you at noon yesterday also was not included. This is really important because we said we were going to take action on the ROP. This isn't reflected in the minutes you sent out.

One additional thing:

on item 8 on Waterloo ROP: We also said that one issue we want strengthened in the ROP is the climate change part of it because the Region has passed a resolution saying that there is a climate emergency. We also decided to put together a meeting of our allies on this like Hold the Line, etc to decide what actions we want to push for as far as improvements in the ROP. This meeting should be listed as an action item. We didn't decide who would take the lead in initiating the pulling together of this meeting.
