Hello,I arrived at the Kitchener Public Library tonight to find that the rescheduled Biosphere talk was again postponed (or perhaps cancelled). The same thing had happened to me in the fall, when I found out only after getting to the Library that the event was not on. At least this time, the Library staff knew of it. However, in both cases, I received no notice that the event was cancelled. I register online, and receive my ticket by email, yet I cannot find anything in my inbox or spam folders to tell me that the event was not on. Are you alerting ticket holders? Or is Eventbright doing so? I would like to find out why I'm not getting this information. I know that many must learn of it somehow, as I was only the second person tonight to whom the Library staff had to deliver the bad news. So, some people are receiving notices.
I'm not sure if I will register again, since this has been quite annoying. However, please let me know when it will run, if that is yet known.Thank you for your time and attention to this.Andrea Chappell, Waterloo
