I would definitely say yes to the invite.  Let's decide on a date first, no?  Then if he's OK with the date we can put him on the agenda and then let everybody know.

Hi Exec- Should I forward this to All GREN? Can we fit Rob or one of the WWW members in at our next meeting? Susan From: Robert A. Case Sent: Wednesday, May 03, 2017 2:54 PMTo: info at gren.ca Cc: Susan Bryant ; Bob Burtt Subject: Call to action: Water for Life, Not For Profit (Wellington Water Watchers) Hi GREN friends,  I am wondering if the Wellington Water Watchers might have 10 minutes or so at your next board meeting to share some campaign news and actions (and some campaign materials)? Please let me know. In the mean time, please help us in any way you can to get the word out about a couple of actions we are launching (detailed below). As you probably now, the Wellington Water Watchers (of which I am a board member) and communities fighting Nestle Waters in Wellington County have had some success, lately, in getting the attention of the Premier and Minister of Environment and Climate Change around the issue of for-profit water bottling in this province. The Province has made some small concessions in the right direction, but we are not satisfied and nor should anyone in this province. We have four demands on the province, and we are calling on friends and allies across Ontario to join us in these our demands on the Provincial government: (1) deny Nestle's three applications for permits to take water for bottling in Wellington County(2) respect the duty to consult with indigenous communities in the assessment of water-taking permits in Ontario(3) ensure public control and ownership of water, and(4) enact policy now to phase out water bottling in Ontario over the next 10 years. Join us by (1) Going to http://www.saynotonestle.ca and endorsing our "Water For Life, Not Profit" campaign declaration(2) Spreading the word and asking everyone in your networks to endorse the campaign too(3) Coming to and helping us to promote Waterstock (June 11 in Erin), a major food/music/community event designed to raise awareness and assemble opposition to for-profit water bottling in Ontario. Details here: www.ourwaterstock.ca In both cases, it's all about the number of bodies, so please do what you can to take part in and promote both. And if you've got a meeting coming up any time soon, we would love the opportunity to connect that way too. Rob _________________________________
