[GREN-Exec] FW: See SEED in Theaters & Bring it to your town!

Hi John,

Sorry it’s taken me a while to get back to you.

I have confirmation for one panelist and awaiting more.

Does this work for you:

1) you are going to show Seed as part of your regular programming at the original Princess on Nov 23 and 24.

2) I am going to get a few panelists to comment and Q & A for the Nov 23 showing and promote the doc to our networks. What is show time? How much time do we have for the panelists to speak and answer questions?

Ordinarily I would like to make this a bigger event with group tables etc, but I am back in school full time right now so don’t have a lot of time to make this an “event”. There are enough of us interested, but none of us seem to have enough time beyond hitting Send to our networks on our computers right now and actually coming to see the movie.

Does that work for you?

Thanks,

Susan

Susan

I have been in touch with film distributors of SEED.

I am looking at screening it twice Nov. 23rd and 24th at the Original Princess Cinema.

Nothing is final yet. The Original PRincess does not have the sapce for group tables etc...like the Twin.

If you think there will be significant "partners" invovled with these screenings, I can move to the Twin.

I choose the twin for a couple of reasons:

1. it is a large cinema at 177 seats.

2. it has the printed program, so we can get advance word on screenings.

Let me know your thoughts or if it matters to you. Any partners will be well recognized either from stage or tables in the lower lobby...

Hi John,

Last year the Sierra Club and the Grand River Environmental Network had a public forum on saving our pollinators at the Princess Twin. We’re looking at an evening to show this film (which we don’t have a copy of yet) and a panel discussion afterwards.

Can you let me know if we’d have to get a copy, or you, or is this documentary scheduled at all in your upcoming catalogue? What kind of financial arrangement is involved for us?

Thanks!

Susan Koswan
