[GREN-Exec] Draft GREN minutes from Dec. 8

Just a couple of things in caps near the end of the minutes.

Also a woman approached me right after the meeting part to say that she would like to help out so should be put on the list. Sadly, I can't remember her name. She was sitting in the chair on the right had side of Gord. She has grey hair and glasses. She was a friend of Daphne's. I am sure one of you must remember her name. She is a frequent attendee at GREN meetings.

I hope you all have a great break over Christmas and New Years. Susan B, I hope you don't run into any weather problems in your travel to and from your mother's. Luckily I don't have to travel anywhere over the next couple of weeks.
