[GREN-Exec] Review new website; decide on colours

I wholeheartedly endorse black print for ordinary text. Headings could be other colours, but anything that needs more than a moment to read is so much easier in black. 

Also, there are a few mentions of "pipeline" as a topic, but it's not clear if this is the water pipeline or an oil pipeline, and GRENers work on both issues. When the precise content of the site is edited, we need to clarify.
