[GREN-Exec] FW: PP expenses

Hi Theo, John,

Can you please reimburse Anne Morgan for $85 in expenses for the pollinator event.

 

Also, we had originally thought that the money donated at the door would go to GREN, but now feel, based on John’s comments that the Sierra Club is losing money on this tour, that it should go to them. Should Anne give you the cash and have GREN issue a cheque, or should Anne should write them a cheque?

Not sure how to contact Theo who I assume is the treasurer of GREN, but perhaps you can pass this on.

 

My expenses for Protect the Pollinators were as follows:

 

Printing of 40 colour posters ..... $22.00

Meals for 2 speakers ..................$36.00

Maple syrup for 4 speakers..........$24.00

Gift bags for speakers ..................$3.00

TOTAL ...........................................$85.00

 

Also need to know how you want me to handle the $105 cash donation from PP night. Cheque to SC or through GREN.
