[GREN-Exec] ALL mailing list spreadsheet

Theo, John and other GREN Exec,

It is great that we have been able to recover the GREN mailing list.  It is an important outreach asset in Waterloo Region.

I think that we should indeed use this as an opportunity to update, cleanup and refresh the list.  I wouldn't make a huge issue of our recent problems but we should allude to it and perhaps also refer to a pending update of our website and on-line communications.

I've taken a quick look at the spreadsheet and most of the names and addresses that I am familiar with are current from what I can see.

Keep moving forward and let's see how we can refresh our connection and contact with the community.
