[GREN-Exec] Executive meeting

John,

With a new Costco proposal for Waterloo seriously threatening to destroy the Laurel Creek Headwaters ESL and overturn more than 15 years of environmental protection on Westside by more than doubling projected traffic on the Wilmot Line and bringing most other area roads to complete gridlock coming to a final vote at City of Waterloo Council on April 7th with no public engagement, open houses, information sessions or even newspaper notifications, I am going to have to be very focussed on trying to find solutions and alternatives.

Thus, I would be able to meet only on April 8th or later for an Executive meeting.
