Hey Waterloo Region Environmental Network!

As recent communications have hinted at, there are several exciting movements currently happening in our community! Below are two key updates on sustainable initiatives which have a regional scope.

1.    WRENE 2013 is almost here – it’s registration time!

Continuing the momentum from over 70 groups that attended last year’s Waterloo Region Environmental Networking Event (#WRENE), we are thrilled to invite you to WRENE 2013 on September 26th at 6:30pm.

Anytime you get this many passionate people in the same room…it’s bound to drive powerful outcomes! Join us and get to know the environmental network better while taking part in:

Waterloo Region is rapidly evolving and becoming recognized worldwide for its innovative culture.  We have the opportunity to help shape the growth of this community and create a strong, collaborative, sustainable culture.

A highlight of this year’s #WRENE will include an update on one of the projects that has been evolving over the last year: an environmental community ‘hub’ to share resources, innovation, and space...also referred to as the 'Green Hub’.
