[GREN-Exec] Elections

I propose that Susan K send out the following e-mail to the GREN all list.
Please let me know if this looks fine and whether you have any changes.

Susan K, are you fine with doing this and having the nominations sent to
you? I thought it was best to have them go to someone who will not be
running for office. Will you be attending the April 11 meeting to report on
the nominations and conduct that process?

Dear GREN members

At our April 11 meeting, we will be choosing our executive committee. This
consists of a chair & vice-chair, a treasurer, and 3 secretaries.

To become a member of the executive and to vote for who will be on the
executive committee, you need to be a paid-up member of GREN. We will gladly
accept this year¹s membership dues at the meeting on April 11. The annual
fees are $20 for regular members and $10 for students.

Please send your nominations for these positions to me at
susankoswan at execulink.com by Tuesday April 9. We are having the nominations
go to me because I will not be running for the executive this year.

Don¹t be embarrassed to nominate yourself.
