[GREN-Exec] Two items for discussion

Hi Susan,

We'll need to decide if:

1. we keep the current website,
2. change it completely, or
3. add to it as needed.

Depending on the decision we can better estimate the effort needed but, as an ongoing project, 5 hrs/month will be more than sufficient.  Our website contains some programming and a database for the calendar, everything else is static.

Two items for discussion
Hi GREN Exec-
 
I’ll stay on the exec if that’s allowed. I’m no good at the ins and outs of elections, but will take the membership money and minutes on April 11. 
 
I’m making some inquiries to find a student who might volunteer to upkeep our web site.  I’m assuming that a skilled person could do the needful in no more than 5 hours (max.) a month. Is that about right?

Being on a Thursday I won't be able to attend.
 
I would like one of the Executive members to collect membership, please: cash/cheques (if cash than please write down name of member).  I'll contact the person that collected the money sometime after the meeting.  Group/individual/student: $40/20/10.
 
If there will be a decision for elections I can volunteer to continue to be treasurer.

There are two that we should decide how to handle before the April GREN meeting:
	1. how do we want to carry out the executive committee elections? 
	2. how do we get help for keeping the GREN website up-to-date. Theo is too busy to do this.
