[GREN-Exec] 2013 Meeting Dates?

Sounds like a great plan John!  By all means lets have our February meeting
on the 5th and use whatever dates work well throughout the rest of the year.
I'm just hoping to get some targets on my calendar so I can plan around them
and ensure my attendance.

On Thursday Sandra from Paris and I sorted out Tuesday February 5 as a
definite date for the meeting in the south. 

Greg and I are leaving soon for Paris for the gravel pit rally.  I hope to
see Sandra there to finalize a couple of details.

I'll send out the notice about that meeting later this weekend.

Am I correct to presume that you all are fine with that?

meetings for the upcoming year.  Perhaps we have already set some dates but
I don't see anything in my calendar.  It would be nice to have the dates
blocked a few months in advance so I can be sure to work around them and not

I would suggest that perhaps we meet every other month unless there are
pressing issues.  Assuming we haven't already developed a 2013 calendar how
would the following dates work:

 - Wednesday, February 6th - Brantford or somewhere south
 - Thursday, April 11th - Kitchener
 - Wednesday June 12th - Sunfish Lake - I'm willing to host an outdoor
meeting
 - Thursday, Sept 12th - Kitchener
 - Wednesday, November 6th - TBA

Let me know any thoughts or ideas.
